Rates shown current as of 18 April 2013, subject to change without notice at any time (120 day rate hold). Annual Percentage Rate (APR) means the cost of borrowing for a mortgage expressed through the interest rate including all charges related to the mortgage. APR is based on a $ 150,000 mortgage for the applicable term. The annual interest rate and APR are normally the same as XCEED does not charge fees on mortgages.
Rate premium of 50 bps is added for higher risk applications such as but not limited to ex-bankrupts/consumer proposals and BFS Simplified. XCEED Prime Conventional not eligible for XCEED XTRAGREEN™, XCEED PREP™ or XCEED RRSP Mortgages or to BFS or rental property mortgages. Rate premium will apply to PRIME Conventional mortgages where amortization is more than 25 years. (E&O)
